There's more on the teen slang dictionary of 13 year old Lucy van Amerongen including the revelation that she's a pupil of Cheltenham Ladies College, an exclusive private school in... err Cheltenham, so the closest she's ever been to the ghetto would have been when she sent her chauffeur out to score her some KFC.
